Eagle Summit National Park Lodge

My family of 14 had such a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well equipped. We all had lots of fun swimming, playing games and watching movies in the theater. The views were amazing! My grandchildren didn’t want to leave 😄 We would love to stay here again.

We had a great time at the cabins!! The view was breathtaking and the icing on the cake was snow falling. There was so many things for our entire party to do.

Everything was exceptional. There was plenty of room for socializing. My only complaint would be the video games were not what we expected shame on you for not having Pac-Man.

Easy process from start to finish

The home was amazing! The home had everything we could have wanted or needed, not to mention it was absolutely beautiful! We loved staying with you and the service was also great! We had an issue with the hot tub and you guys were fast in coming to fix it!

The cabin was beautiful! We loved our trip. The only thing I suggest for future is please provide a couple spare rolls of toilet paper and additional dish towels. Also, no one came during our week long stay to service the pool or hot tub and it showed by our last couple days.

We loved the cabin! It looked exactly like the pictures. The Timber Top staff was very professional and answered any concerns we had. I definitely would refer this cabin to friends and family!

These cabins are very beautiful.Very spacious very clean.We enjoyed our stay.

Your customer support staff is first rate. All questions answered timely. We were allowed to check in one hour early so that was a positive. Loved the cabin. A bit of an eyesore out the back with the new construction so close to the house. There was some trash outside (aluminum drink cans probably dropped from the deck). Wish the beds had fitted sheets. The windows were spotless; cabin very clean. Plenty of towels. Kids loved the pool. Kitchen well stocked; didn't need anything. Overall, a perfect vacation trip.

The best cabin ever!

Great view as promised cabin was clean and staff was wonderful

Everything was awesome. From the personnel at your office to the views from the cabin, we highly recommend this rental. It has so many opportunities for relaxation and entertainment (pool, hot tub, theatre, game room and just sitting on the decks enjoying the views). Rooms were spacious and we loved all the king beds. The only complaint I heard was the curvy drive to and from town. But that is the price we pay for the views and seclusion. Oh, and another issue was the poor lighting above the bathroom sinks. It goes with the decor but creates an issue when trying to apply makeup, etc. Other than that everything was perfect.

The house was so nice. Met our expectations. The customer service staff were exceptional.

The property was beautiful. The communication was consistent during the entire process. The support phone number was answered quickly and a service person arrived promptly. We will stay here again for our next trip!

The cabin was beautiful only complaint was theater room needs better cooling

I would have given a 5 star but as we were cooking on the grill, we ran out of propane in the tank and wasn't able to finish cooking. I called the after hours number and waited for 10 mins and noone had picked up so I hung up. The cabin was gorgeous and clean. Each person I spoke to leading up to my stay were very patient and professional. My main probably was the directions getting to the cabin up the mountain. No signs, no lighting, very dark and scary. The young lady was so nice and literally stayed on the phone with my cousin to get us there. Our other guest had a hard time as well. They only made it because we shared our location. They stated, "without that, we would've still been driving around".

We loved our stay at Eagle Summit National Park Lodge! The home is beautiful and the scenery cannot be beat. Everything we needed was right there. My 10 yr old made me promise we would return before we left to go home! We can’t wait to go back!

We had an outstanding experience. We were disheartened by seeing bear tracks by the home, but no bears.
