It was great staying there just had trouble finding cabin at first.

We were pleased with the condition and the cleanliness of the cabin, Heaven Sent. There was the perfect number of utensils for a family of seven. We will definitely rent this cabin again next year.

When we arrived there was no hot water. We called and there was a repairman there within minutes to address the issue. However, by the time he got there the water was running hot. The hot water heater had been placed on vacation mode and needed time to kick back on. The guy that came to fix it was amazing. He spent time showing us some of the technical details of the home's sound system and suggested local places to visit. I highly recommend this rental company and the Heaven Sent property....absolutely beautiful.

The cabin was great. Perfect size for us. Great detail on instructions and directions to get there. The area is perfect to be away from the traffic and rush, and the views were awesome. Clean,glassware in this cabin needs to be added.

The house was beautiful and the furniture was very nice! We did have problem with the upstairs A/C. We had Maintenance in one day, then an A/C guy had to come the next day.

Were responsive to any issues we had with the cabin. Loved the coupons for attractions!

This is our 5 th year staying with you. Unfortunately we had many leaks this time. We had to put garbage cans throughout the house and the plumbing was not working.

As always, the cabin was nice and clean and beautiful!!!!!! 4th stay and many many more to come!

The cabin was lovely but did have a number of maintenance issues that should have been addressed prior to our arrival. The maintenance man did come to the cabin on Tuesday to repair the door on the trash container ( after we had to pick up trash on three separate occasions prior to the repair), to secure the picket and rail on the main deck and to file down the sharp edge on the master bathroom door. it would have been nice for these very clear issues to have been dealt with prior to our arrival. I would have rated the cabin a 5 star if these issues were handled prior to our arrival.

The cabin was very nice. We especially liked the direct check-in process.

Working with Timber Tops to find our cabin and make the best selection was great. I worked with Zeb who was helpful in finding the best location and to provide a back way to avoid heavy traffic to our cabin. We enjoyed our stay and would use Timber Tops again for future stays.

Overall great experience. Kari in reservations was great found the cabin I was looking for. Had one issue with electric fireplace but staff was very responsive and willing to attempt to fix it during our stay however weather turned warm and didn't need it. So we told them it could wait. Thanks for a great weekend!

Everything was great! The only problem we had was with the cabin. There was one room with hundreds of live and dead lady bugs. Every time we'd kill a bunch they all just came back. We think they were getting inside the house via somewhere in the bathroom. It was kinda wierd but manageable. Everything else was just fine! Loved the location and the outside fire pit was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint n lovely cabin. Views were great. WE Liked location, close to Dollywood and other attractions. Any problems we had in cabin(eg. Leaky faucet)were handled in very timely manner. Some of the bed covers n blankets appeared worn n could use replacing. Kitchen was well-equipped. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving there!

Heaven Sent was the perfect cabin! We loved the view and the large living spaces. Everything was impeccably clean and all furnishings were soft and comfortable. Great getaway!
