Brian is a gem! Pleasant and helpful. The cabin was wonderful as was the view and seclusion. Sign on refrigerator stated all repeat guest were eligible for a discount. This was not true. Return quest got the same deal as a first time guest. Timber Tops use to give this but the manager was firm.,No more. The sign needs to be removed since it is not honored. It would benefit timber Tops and they would receive a higher rating as guest would not feel deceived. The cabin for the most part was clean. The stove top burners were not clean. The prior guest had spilled a liquid in the front two which caused quite a bit of smoke . I reported this to the manager. I understand she is busy but it is of great importance to the guest and the benefit of Timber Tops for the manager to return a call. If not then it appears that the company does not feel the guest is of any importance. Also nothing was done or even offered about the the stove top. ( so much or Timber Tops claim of going above and beyond to make a great experience). There was not even one dish to use to cook in the oven. Again, nothing was done. We bought some cookware which we shouldn't have to do for a $2000.00 cabin.I also noticed on the last day that there was a brown liquid on the top of the hot tub which means it probably had not been clean which was discussing since I had my feet in it. Drive way was very steep. beds were very comfortable.

Timber Tops was very responsive to us when we left a bag behind and managed to get it to us after hours before we left town saving us all kinds of hassel. Thanks very much to Jennifer and the Maintenance Team.

The cabin was beautiful and well furnished. Directions to the cabin were very clear.

Customer service was wonderful! The cabin we stayed in this last time is dated, furniture is worn (holes in couches, pull out sofa mattress is so used it is flat, etc.). The house has a terrible problem with carpenter bees. The bees have made holes in the house as big as your head. We reported this issue to you. Hopefully, it is being addressed.

The cabin was very clean and orderly on arrival and the location of the cabin was close to all major shops and restaurant, but far enough away where you don't hear or see any of it once you are back in the cabin. The rooms all have balcony access and the view from the master is breathtaking waking up in the morning. And all of the games, pool table, arcade games just wrap up as a great family vacation destination. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us.

Great place and the arrangements made by timbertops allowed for a more relaxing time.

The cabin was amazing

The cabin was exactly as explained in the descriptions, we had 3 families share the space and found the cabin to be very accomadating. We had a problem with the air conditioning and called on Sunday July 3rd, we had it fixed on July 4th. We needed the trash to be picked up early and when Rick came out he also cleaned the one shower drain and checked on the AC as well. Our last night a large tree fell across the driveway and another man came out at 9:30 to remove the tree so we could pack up. We had some hiccups but your service department was outstanding!

Cabin was beautiful and clean. The surroundings were very nice.

The cabin was beautiful and the amenities were as described. The kids loved the electronic game and everyone enjoyed the hot tub.

Cabin was great. The only thing that could have been better is if there had been more dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent.

The place was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Feel like home away from home. And we love the direct check in to the cabin without having to checking into an office.

This was our first time (in a while) staying with Timbertops and the process of booking and checking in went so smooth. It was really nice to get a call the day we arrived telling us our cabin was available...EARLY! We did not like our cabin (the set up) as much as we hoped but that was a personal preference. However, it was stocked with everything we needed, our husbands were able to watch football in many different rooms, everyone loved the hot tub and we had a great time!

Cabin was very clean and I really like how you guys call and let us know that cabin was ready way before 4 oclock and checkout is at 11 instead of 10am. Need to give better detail directions instead of a map.

We had a great time as usual. This is our 11th year renting through Timbertops and we plan on doing so in the future. I will note a few issues though so you are aware. We had an inordinate amount of wasps on the 2nd and 3rd deck. I called and you did send someone out and they sprayed the area, but they were still prevalent even after the spray. This caused us to not enjoy the deck as much as we would have liked. The alarm did not work as well, it kept giving a warning error a door was ajar even though there were none open. You should check into that. And, we found an ironing board in the cabin but no iron. Like I said, we enjoyed our stay and will continue to book with Timbertops in the future.

Service is always very friendly and fast! The locations of the cabins are always phenomenal! We come back every year and only booked through timber tops.
