Smoky Mountain Wow

We were very impressed with everything! The online booking experience was easy to use AND had a very accurate description of the cabin we stayed in (Smoky Mountain WOW)! The price we paid in the "off season" was very affordable! Some of our favorite things: 1. Full bathroom in each room and the bathroom near the pool/game room/theater room area! 2. Kitchen with "double everything" and plenty of seating to have everyone eat in the same place! 3. Full sized bunk bed was so fun for the kids! 4. We loved how the decor was family friendly (no breakables in places that little people could reach :)! 5. Laundry area! 6. It was so nice to be able to walk downtown. 7. Excellent communications - directions, check-in and check-out expectations, what to expect there, what to bring, etc!!! 8. Safety railings around the stairs! My husband and I gave this end of week stay to our children and grandchildren for a Christmas gift as we felt they did not need "more stuff" instead we felt that "more loving human interaction" would be better! It was a fantastic, bonding time without any electronics except for a couple of movies! We are very happy and will most likely do it again!!! Our only complaint was the condition of the hot tub....it was not usable at all AND we did have to clean the outdoor grill to be able to use it. Some helpful suggestions would be: 1. Enough towels for the 18 people distributed through each room. 2. Make the bunk room the room with the tub for younger people and the other room the "parents room." It worked very well to make that side a wing that could have a baby gate for naps, etc. 3. Pool area to have some extra towels of a different color. 4. A non-slip mat in the pool area in front of the door. A teak wooden mat and some thick bath mats outside of the pool room to keep water off the lovely wood floor and to prevent slipping as one exits. As you can see, our suggestions are just extra little bonuses! We knew to bring extra towels because of the excellent communications we received! They would have been one of those extra little boosts! We had an EXCELLENT experience that exceeded our expectations! Thank-you!!!

We enjoyed the fantastic kitchen area. The view from the top deck provided plenty of photos of bears! Overall a great experience. Only a few improvements would be that there was no wifi the last two days? It would be nice to have garbage bags provided. Maybe setup a closet for towels at the pool. The hottub area needs a rail and or fence from bears around it. Again overall it was a great experience! Thank you!

The cabin was cozy, and clean with a well stocked kitchen.

Cabin was gorgeous, but I would recommend getting rugs to go at all exterior doors. With it being wet all weekend we were constantly bringing in dirt with wet shoes and no where to wipe feet.

Easy booking, great price. Kept getting different determinations on whether fire pit was gas or woodburning. Other than that everything was perfect

This was by far the best weekend getaway we have ever had (and we’ve been coming here for the past 15 years on this weekend to celebrate birthdays!). Timber Tops was a breeze to book/communicate with and the house was absolutely perfect! Thank you for the best weekend!

Our stay was fabulous. The directions to the home was perfect. It was a great location to the strip and activities. The home and décor was beautiful. All our our needs and preferences were provided with room size, beds, bathrooms, and entertainment.

Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay. The cabin is beautiful and large enough that your not on top of each other. During our stay it rained but with all there is to do in the cabin no one seemed to mind.

Perfect stay for our 3 generation family of 13, and our 2 little dogs! Very responsive owners, very clean home.
